Data Visualization Project


Below is a graph showing the the amount of notable sanatoriums built in the United States by year. Such a simple graph has its uses, but should be paired with further infographics in order to provide a thorough understanding of the information being presented. Like being paired with population charts as well as maps detailing their locations, or even a timeline showing how many of the sanitariums were functioning at the same time.

This graph was built using Wikipedia' List of Sanatoria in the United States [Link], and by using code provided by Google Charts [link].

    DV works fine, but a little more explanation of the subject matter would be in order. Would have been very good if you had done a DV that fits with your final course project.
